No one should handle your balls! Hold the ball in your dominant hand. Create or select the affirmation you want to use. Take 30-60 seconds visualizing the color of the ball and the intention of it's use. Say aloud or silently, your affirmation while gently squeezing the ball. Release. Speak the affirmation, squeeze, then release. Repeat. Use The Original Ase' Ball in 3-10 minute increments, not to exceed 5 times daily.
