Recommended use is 2-3 times daily. For the best results you should be specific and have a singular focus.
No need to replace it; re-energize your ball.
Additional balls or replacement balls are available. Your ball will be shipped in a sleeve. Please specify the color you are needing.
The Ase' Ball can be used in your home, office, out in Nature...ANYWHERE you are. Just remember to store it in your sleeve to avoid having to re-energize it before every use.
There is no set time line for results. What does contribute to getting results are: singular focus, consistency and frequency.
